Calls to the Customer Contact Center are usually free as is the Click-to-Chat feature on the web sites.
I think we will see some more information forthcoming at the web sites with some of the background technology having been improved recently; however, it may take some time to catch up with everything that has higher priority first, so I can't say exactly when that might happen.
