In my opinion, Galleries First is only better on the food and beverage front when compared to the Galleries Clubs.
The Clubs (in particular the south lounge) have a much nicer atmosphere and if you want a viewing terrace, then that is provided in the north lounge.
Of course, depending on your time of visit, First will usually be quieter than the Clubs (especially the north Club lounge which is usually very busy).
I think it would be worth trying to find some F pax to guest you into the Concorde Room, but not really worth it for Galleries First.
