At high altitude, any change in cabin pressure would have been noticed and had effects on the rest of the passengers as well as both Flight and Cabin Crew.

There have been problems in the past with Airbus aircraft and pressurization problems, but not that I recall on the same aircraft, that I can remember in my time with BA.

I certainly would consider contacting a Doctor about it.
