Used the KE lounge in ICN 2 months ago. They have an assortment of spray cans for hair, deodorant, cologne, etc. - large size to stay in lounge. I think once I was in the CX lounge in FRA and they may have too. Some international lounges do. Maybe AF arrivals lounge in CDG?
