Well, I just called HHonors customer service and here's what I've been told. Single weeknight awards do exist for all categories:
HH0 - 10,000 points (Opportunity);
HH1 - 20,000 points (Executive);
HH2 - 25,000 points (Select);
HH3 - 30,000 points (Classic);
HH4 - 35,000 points (Premium).
I've also been told that Point Stretchers for those awards "do not exist as of yet".
