Bubbly is alive and well on p.s. C. It's off the menu, but it's boarded.

The 2 new signature drinks are the appletini and raspberry mojito. Both are made with a mixer, and FA just add the appropriate alcohol. Me: I just add bubbly instead and get my own champagne cocktail.

C now has 2 desserts. the new procedure is to serve ice cream first, and chocolate chip cookies before landing. It's not a either-or option - you get both.

Finally, UA made some service adjustments on p.s. as of last saturday. Here's a summary of changes:

1) First round of drinks and nuts are to be served with cart, not tray.
2) Media players are distributed after the first round of drinks, not before.
3) App and salad are served by cart
4) Ice cream to be served with small (aka Queen's) cart.
5) Cookies served after ice cream.

Not sure if there's any real impact, although it did take a while before they distribute the media players.
