Have you considered investigating whether you can get the married name added onto the obersavation page.

eg. On the biodata page it has the maiden name but on the observation page: The holder is also known as Mrs Married Name

Doctors usually have this addition as well as celebs who have stage names, alter egos etc etc. Many oriental and african origin people have this where they use a traditional name as well.
