I got a message about this bonus...I dont think there is a general link since its targeted to Online and VIP members...check your account to see it...here is the scoop:

*This bonus offer is by invitation only for existing SkyMiles Dining Online and VIP Members. To qualify, you must register for the Go The Extra Mile Bonus through the links on this page and remain opted in to receive emails from SkyMiles Dining with a valid, deliverable email address. You must continue to satisfy Online or VIP Member level criteria to earn this bonus.

To earn this bonus, you must spend $30 in any combination of dines at participating restaurants, bars or clubs. Once you spend a total of $30 you will earn an extra two bonus miles for every additional dollar you spend through June 30, 2009. In addition, all dines must occur during a valid benefit period and be paid for with a credit or debit card registered in SkyMiles Dining. There is no maximum on the number of bonus miles you can earn with this offer. Offer is not combinable with other SkyMiles Dining bonuses. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of your dine for any bonus miles to post to your SkyMiles account. All account inquiries related to this bonus must be received by August 31, 2009.
