The Starpoints (Sheraton) AMEX card is even a better deal.

No annual fee, and 1.25 miles per dollar charged (SPG gives you 5,000 free miles when you transfer 20,000 to a participating airline).

Plus there is greater flexibility to transfer points to miles to just about any airline FF program out there.
