Hey guys....... My intent for this thread was to gather and accumulate information re conforming the upper-end or upscale HH hotels (not the HGI, the Hampton Inns etc unless in expensive cities or they have special goodies) and condense it into one or two lines if possible. Most have kept their posts nicely short and concise. This should not require infinite bandwidth as some have suggested, but allow a printout to carry and make reservations from. I have more formal data bases for other info and they continue to work very well.

DOC 2 BE- The HGI DC gave me a comp continental cert on 3/3 occasions. This is the thing to obtain (and what they loudly advertise to their elites). At most HGI and Hiltons, it only costs only an extra 2 dolla to upgrade from the continental to the full breakfast using this continental cert.
