Hi all,

I know there are online booking codes, but does anyone know if there are promo codes for telephone reservations? I'm planning to book a trip to NRT (Tokyo) or HKG (Hong Kong) by using my TYP residual value voucher, which I understand can only be booked through the AA Customer Service.
