UA still provides this info (all 7 flights last weekend). CO doesn't. I get the updated info from my BB, plus flight status, if I have a flight connection so I don't really mind CO not sharing it.

And I have always found that simply walking over to one of the many flight info screen banks in the terminal is faster and easier than waiting for the agent at the top of the ramp. Plus I get flight status there, something the agent cannot generally provide.
