I'm happy for you to send me the details of this via PM. Please include any relevant information including flight number, date etc.

I will ensure this information is captured in the event that we do hear from any passengers onboard the flight in question. Information from independent witnesses in situations like this help us to assess what hass happened fairly for all concerned.
