If you really feel this woman is going to complain and her complaint is unjust (it certainly sounds that way) then it might be an idea to drop BA a line saying, as pjh981 has suggested, just how well the crew handled the situation and how pleased you were with them. BA can then contact you should they like any further information.

This can be done either online through ba.com or in writing to customer relations.

Do you know if this woman behaved badly in the boarding lounge area? If so and there were any issues there, the lead agent at the gate will have noted it on their boarding log too.
