Rude passengers - write to BA or not bother?

I was on a flight from LGW to EDI yesterday and I just *know* BA are going to get a complaint from a disruptive passenger. She was talking at the top of her voice about how useless the cabin crew were, slagging off one crew-member to the next, etc.

This woman was moaning the entire journey, claiming that she'd been made to shout down the cabin that she was too fat to wear a seatbelt (she wasn't made to at all, the crew member walked past several times and the passenger didn't bother to flag her down).

In the end, I got so sick of this woman's winging at the top of her voice about how crap the crew were, I summoned a crew member myself and asked her to speak to the passenger.

The remainder of the flight was a non-stop commentary from this awful woman and nearly every interaction with the crew resulted in a rant about the other crew members.

At one point, she even instructed (to the hilarity of nearby passengers) that if she died in a crash, her [henpecked] husband should sue BA.

Anyway.... I suspect BA will get a venomous letter shortly. Is it worth writing to describe the reality of yesterday's flight, or should I simply offer to provide my version of events if they receive a complaint from this passenger, or what?

Obviously I don't want to come across as an interfering loony myself!
