First time for this type of op-up

As regulars know, I've been thankful for my treatment over the years. I've been op-upped systemwide by NW, KL and AF on numerous occasions into WBC and EA and even EP.

But today, a new experience....an op-up on the 753 from SEA to HNL. Yes, I know, the F cabin on the 753 is hardly comparable to WBC. But the fact that I've flown the 753 HNL routes on numerous occasions in the past, usually from LAX or SEA, and I've never been upped on such a route before, is surprising to me. For example, on two occasions, on giant Asia or Europe itins that included HNL, the only legs on which I was not op-upped were the HNL ones.

I was tired today, so it was welcome, 753 or no.

And Deltalina is soooo intolerable...but that's another thread.
