Not any more. Now it is 11% APR.
It used to be for as long as I could remember - may be 2 years going.
In the current financial crisis, the 0% balance transfer junk mailes I got were all for 6 months and with 3 to 4% fee attached.
Citi Professional though, has 0% APR for purchase, dont know for how long. But the credit line of a new card is probably very stringy, judging by the way Citi has cut the existing lines on the biz cards as reported by people here and other sites.
