First...their is a club inside the Hotel that is near the courtyard which nearly every room is wrapped around overlooking the pool. Its loud. Especially the patrons screaming. It's is no use complaining about this since this club is "top notch" for Bakersfield.

Second..the buisness center. You have to pay to use it. The credit card swippers on the computer will remind you. This doesn't include the use of the fax/copy/printer. Just using the computer will cost about 5 dollars per 10 minutes. It's not the price..its the audacity of having to pay for this. Never encountered this before.

The rooms are FAR from the lobby. You have to walk down what seems to be an endless hallway down another hallway with the club then to the elevator. Then when you get off on your floor you have to walk the same route back to get to the rooms.

I dunno..I guess the third reason isn't a cry for concern but it certainly didn't improve the other situations.

I should have trusted the reviews off hotels.com and tripadvisor.com But they were offering 1000 bonus pts per night stayed so I will suffer through it the rest of the week..../sigh
