It was indeed the NPR code but it was not identified as being an Entertainment rate in any of the information provided online (that the customer can access, apparently the hotel knew what rate they had intended to load). It does bother me a little that I am expected to know this when it did not say anything about what kind of rate it was. I just wanted to warn others to look out for this. I submitted it for the guarantee because I didn't have a clue that it was a membership rate at the time.
