Hey guys

Ive never really had much luck with farecompare, as I know it only shows the lowest published fare offered..
but does anyone know the best time to actually grab the fare advertised on farecompare?

do new buckets open up at a certain date? (lets say...60 days in advance?)
just trying to find new ways to make the system work to my advantage
