I ordered 3 separate $150 gift cards on one transaction and was only charged one shipping charge of $5.50. I received 3 separate Hertz vouchers with my gift cards.

The certificate says CDP# ANY/NONE. I interpret that to mean that any CDP is valid or you can leave it blank. The IT# is ITMGCCHECK which can be entered online.
