Just when I thought I understood EUA
OK, maybe it's folly trying to understand the EUA process but I still wanna try. Humor me, please

I am booked on a domestic flight in M class on a 73x. This is not a fare class that allows instant upgrade, but I may get an EUA and if I do my name would appear on the "Customers Upgraded to First Class" list.
BUT
if I do NOT get an EUA my name will not appear on the UG STBY list until I complete OLCI.
Right?
