She had to go buy a plug in headset. I am so glad I dumped Vzw. They would cripple the iphone in a heartbeat so you could not use it except for their apps.
When was this? I don't recall VZW ever removing Bluetooth from a Blackberry. I've seen them disable some of the services, like tethering. I suspect it was a corporate policy applied to the device that disabled the Blackberry.
