If you clicked on that link and it said nothing about Entertainment rate or ID, then I don't understand on what basis MCC was telling you that it was an Entertainment Rate.
Because the property told them that was what it was suppose to be. Haven't you ever run into this kind of situation before? I know I have several times over the last few years.
I just can't imagine not checking the rate rules before making a booking, so that's why I was very surprised by your question.
