Partially true, they don't have access to the RCC / US Airways Clubs on domestic only travel, but they do have access to other *G lounges, such as SKL in SFO, LH in IAD, ...
Are there other *A lounges that I could hit during my upcoming 6 hour afternoon layover at SFO (since it appears SKL will be closed)?
