I favor the Laughing Cow cheeses, Kavli, grapes and little packaged snacks. I have a Pepperidge Farm outlet near my house so I can usually get packs of Goldfish, etc.

I tend to nibble pretty much constantly. On one MCO-SNA flight the 4 year old next to me set up a wail when I pulled out the pretzel Goldfish. Fortunately I had another pack.
