With the flight ex-MAN the taxes will be significant so it may not be worth the miles versus the cash cost. On the plus side, you do have access to routings such as PTY-JFK-MAN using Copa and Delta on the return if you want if you do a miles trip.

You will have to call in to book it but you can do some homework on availability if you look at MAN-IAH and ther IAH-PTY and then PTY-MAN as separate searches on co.com or nwa.com for partner options.
