Operated by will show up for UX flights and will count for DEQM. If you could provide flight numbers (original and present) it would be easier to tell.
If it is a co-share instead and this was a change from the original booking due to a schedule change, then you need to get on the phone and find out exactly what happen -- but if truly a change then you can work with MP Customer Service and get you DEQM credit.
