I can get a note maybe from a doctor friend to say "yes, it is ok take 3 every day". Getting an RX for it here, I think I must be a local citizen (I am not citizen where I live). It is a difficult country.

I called Houston and a girl answered said "schedule 2? no that's not a problem at all if its just small amount for personal". I asked if I could have the number and a name or something to verify, and she said "uh uh no way".

Then I said "So if agent stopps me, how can I tell them it is OK?" She says: "Go to FDA website and print out their site for Schedule II". Why FDA? What does FDA have with CBP? Even DEA says it is not DEA problem.

So, I do not think I can trust her answer. I think she just makes up answer or something.

I know the government is big, but this sounds very riduclous. Why does no one know the law? How can someone call exact Customs Officer? I think it is just ad-hoc.

So, I will give up. Maybe I will try to mail it, but I am only in USA for 7 or 8 days, so maybe it will not arrive in time. I think mail also must go to customs, so it is probably same deal.

Thank you everyone for trying to help me here. Sorry for waste of time!
