Update: I spent a long time calling DEA, CBP, DHS, TSA, more. CBP says too busy, and hang up.

CBP site shows DEA numbers.

I call 3 DEA people. One says "I don't know. Maybe it is OK. Maybe they will do bad things to you." Another says "I don't know, maybe?".

Finally, one says "DEA is not responsible, call DHS."

DHS tells me to call TSA.

TSA tells me to call customs (no answer, website says call DEA).

I call international airport, they say call TSA!

I guess that is called "Big Government"

I will call later in evening, maybe then they will not be busy and someone will know what to say.
