Gaucho100K: I think to be fair, if they are offering you a suite or an Exec Floor room, they are just giving you a choice.

In my opinion, either of these options would be very nice. One (Exec Floor) is kind of an expectation for most Diamonds/Golds, the other (a suite) is above and beyond the Hhonors policy.


What are the problems you are having with Hilton???
