It's a meticulous schedule, like it or not. They are not out there to make you pee in your pants, they follow the schedule by the minute. I, for one, admire he FA's for keeping a smiling face, even though they were interrupted in their duties. Ever looked at the face of the pax who gets his meal late, because of all the cart shifting due to a pax moving during service?
Also, by the way, the captain never forgets to turn off the "fasten seatbelt" sign, he turns it off, when conditions allow.
Yep, the FA's seem to get it all done, despite the annoying pax who might need to get up to pee/stretch/be as disturbing as possible.
