Thanks, tommyleo, for this post. You saved me $80 in booking fees. Just wish someone could confirm whether this is going to be the stated policy on the website or if you have to ask for the fee to be waived. Both times I called in, I had to remind the CSR that the fee is waived if you can't book on the website. When I called back to ask a question about the reservation, another CSR wanted to go back & retroactively charge me the telephone fee, as she noticed it hadn't been charged!
