After nearly a ten year career with AT&T, I voluntarily left in August of last year to follow my partner to Lexington, KY in order to pursue a career as a Professor of Japanese language. As my partner has now accepted a tenure track position in San Francisco for Fall 2009, I now find myself returning to the Bay area where I lived and worked for seventeen years.

My last position was in the West Coast Office of the CEO as a Manager responsible for executive level escalations as well as escalations related to State and Federal regulatory issues. In addition to prior executive level customer service experience, I also had previous positions with AT&T in business collections as well as print and online media advertising sales (top performer).

I also have prior retail as well as hotel and restaurant management experience, and am interested in any opportunity that matches my qualifications and career background.

Of course as a long time member of Flyertalk and a recovering mileage run addict, I am indeed willing to travel .
