I have to disagree that anything in the OHB is fair game to be moved.....lets say I sit in FC and they want to move my bag to the OHB in 27C? Fair game lets say I sit in Y at 12C, would you really want your bag moved to 27C?

I personally would prefer that someone ask, "can I move your baggage around?", moving it to another bin is 100% against the rules IMHO, first come first serve. I do not carry on roller bags so maybe my comments are not so much included in this discussion, , my laptop bag is all that I carry on board.

First come first serve is my motto....you snooze you loose, your laziness, unawareness of the process, or simply being late is not my problem.....I get to the airport and gate on time, you didn't tough....if you cannot follow by these simple rules then do not bother me with your problems.

If you want to spill a drink on me then go ahead.....tit for tat, I hope that you have plenty of napkins available for my spilled drink.
