To be fair, McDonalds is "trying" to spruce up and make their menu more healthy (at least in the US). I do know that their iced coffee is selling well here, and is even beating out starbucks in some locals.
Here in AU, they actually have more healthier options than the standard menu - salads, healthy choice (complete with the tick showing that the item has been endorsed by the Heart Foundation of Australia) and so on.
I actually don't mind the breakfast menu, it is a shame that McD's is in T2 at SYD, and I always fly out of T3 (which has Burger King - the breakfast is nowhere near as good).
A McD's in LHR T5 would go down well, for those of us who are in a hurry (and don't fancy the finger food at GC).
