I don't know about the Comfort Hotel, but the HIX is a long way from the terminals by shuttle bus. For that price range, I would definitely go to the Ibis, very close to the CDGVAL and with parking that is less expensive than at the terminals.
The Comfort shares a bus with another hotel. It came within 5 minutes of my stepping outside, but took 25 minutes to get there. For 5 minutes, I got to listen to Mr Do_You_Know_Who_I_Am_? blasting some other airport hotel on his cell phone because their website says a shuttle every 15 minutes and he had waited 20.
I'm not likely to choose the Comfort again. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't nice. My rule of thumb is "would you stay here with Mrs BV?" and the answer is "no".
