McDs in T4 used to do very well, as did Burger King in T1 and 3. We did used to get quite a few complaints about the smell though. We also used to have problems with people bringing them into lounges and onto planes and getting grease all over the seats which is a total nightmare to clean and also smells. Like it or not Burger King caused fires in both 1 and 3 due to fat build up (and you want to eat that stuff) and the BAA are quite right to minimise possible situations like that which disrupt the flying programme. Personally I think that their food is cr*p and would hate to see one in T5.
