Do you not think that a complaint to the DOT is a bit extreme?
If you brake the situation down, the issues were weather, possible misinformation by a Delta agent and baggage.
In the end, if I do not have a visa or proper entry documentation for a certain country, I will blame myself, not the airline.
I have noticed that you are quiet insistent to have people complain to the DOT about their issues. Why is that?
