But yes, all chains have cancel deadlines. In fact, IHG properties tend to have later cancel deadlines (4pm or 6pm same day) than many Hilton, Marriott, or SPG properties which more often have cancellation deadlines one day prior to scheduled arrival (some IHG properties do as well, but it seems more prevalent with the other groups).
