As BA offer food on board, I'm not sure that there would be demand for a product that is not seen as being far superior to what you're going to get fed for free in an hour or so's time.

If there was the demand and a franchise at the airport could deliver more revenue that whatever other retail outlet has the spot, Im pretty sure they'd manage to fit one in. I suspect your average McDonald's takes up far more floorspace than somewhere simply selling sandwiches and drinks and is therefore simply not viable
