Select plus benefits allegedly include automatic status as HHonors Gold. When I called Hilton to get the upgraded status, they told me that the offer expired in February. Amtrak Guest Rewards says it's available through February 2010. I questioned Hilton -- including supervisors -- and continued to get the same response. I e-mailed AGR, but have not received a response. Anyone with insight on this issue?
