Huh? I've never had that problem, as long as the new request is different in some respect from the original bid. I usually end up doing this frequently, as you can't subtract zones from an existing bid -- you have to bid A, A & B, then start a new request for A & C, then A & B & C.
You sound like a Priceline Customer Service Consultant, ignoring my question and telling me how it is supposed to work. I know these things. The point is that it wouldn't let me make a new request.
