A. Definitely Not - completely weather
B. Maybe...but you need an agent who believes you when you say you were told you were "good to go," otherwise it is your issue, as others have mentioned
C. You're entitled to whatever the current entitlement is for having a back delayed 3 days....not sure what that is, maybe a toiletry case and $20 bucks?
