It has definitely improved in C. There are now two courses served. First they bring out a salad and an appetizer and you get to choose a roll. Then once you are done there/ about 10 mins later they clear away what you are finished with and put down the main course. For dessert it is the full sundae trolly with berries and whipped cream. Then before you land they have brought back the cookies.
Also the menu claims that you can request your meal at any time during the flight as long as you give enough notice for them to prepare your meal, though I have never done that.
True, got all that 2 weeks ago + warm cookies before landing. Also, my fave, was offered champagne, OJ or water as pre-flight drink...which I've been offered on every flight since Jan'09. Depending on circumstance, have tried all choices! Anyway, will be flying early am run this Tues & will see what is offered. My personal favorite is "Low Sodium" meal which is fruit + french toast with an OJ sauce...yummy!
