I think you're right about the speed/altitude now that you mention it, but yeah, I was bummed about the position
I was downstairs and several screens there had the non-map up.
Related: I've GOT to get some FT luggage tags made up, I ran into another FT'er on the 4/17 outbound (LAX-NRT) leg but didn't have business cards in hand when we chatted then missed him on landing. Small world!!!
