the level of service is now a total joke, well below f on vx. i wrote an e-mail to -voice and was able to come up with something like 12 things they had cut back, food quality was just one of them...

the planes keep getting old, and what once was a good fill in when they dumped the 762s, has become kind of sad. the only good thing now is the westin bedding is nicer than anything they had before, but i'm sure its a co-promote...
