Excellent point. The west LA real estate market shows its peak once multiple highrises are being built around Westwood and Century City (and surrounding property values are dropping). Since there is a big project being built next door to the Century Plaza, I would suspect that this will happen, if at all, in a number of years. Of course, this is my opinion only -- It is based on years of west LA observation...
