Yeah, but if it were just a BS card linked to your REAL account (e.g. YOUR account, not someone else's), then there's no crime whatsoever. Well, maybe civil copyright infringement, but nobody's ever going to sue over that because there are no damages...since the card itself is something you get for free with the account anyway, it's not like anybody would have been paying Amex for it if someone didn't make a fake. Not sure there's anything illegal here.
