I had the exact same experience of Shareholer at likely almost the same time. No upgrade, no nothin'- but I
did like the hotel and the food and service very much!
and the kids love the duck!
My only dissapointment was the lack of a jucuzzi on the premises!
The Concierge, who I'd thought seemed familar to me had actually remembered me from when he was previously working at the Sheraton Towers!
